Squat:
Bench:
I was just testing my 1RM that day, usually I do sets of 5 for training. The bench press isn't one of my best lifts, but it's been slowly improving. I use a big arch to negate the effects of having long arms, and no using a big arch doesn't hurt your back.
Deadlift:
I'm not posting this because I think I'm strong and want to show off, it's just to show a glimpse of my training to whoever's interested.
