Training 19/7/12



Weights done:

Bench 95kg 10 x 3 (only last set shown)

Deadlift
205kg 2 x 4
185kg 2 x 5
165kg 2 x 6

Been doing Smolov Jr. for the bench, I'll do another post on this later.

I recorded all my deadlift work sets today, if anyone's curious to see how much pulling I do (once a week).
