Squat 180kg x 3
Took me a while to nail this. The first three attempts I only got 2 reps during the past weeks, then I deloaded to give myself a mental break which seemed to do the trick, finally got three reps today.
Deadlift 205kg x 4
I did a second set but only got 3 reps the second time :( Will try again
I trained at PTC Sydney today, best gym I've ever been to. Has everything you could possibly need, plus a friendly environment, supportive of heavy lifting. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone serious about their training.
