Training 13/9/12 and 14/9/12



Bench 106kg x 3
Squat 172.5kg x 5
Deadlift 210kg 2 x 4
Deadlift 140kg x 21

Not too happy with the bench PR, feels like I bounced it too much. Need to make sure I control the bar more next time.

Very happy with the deadlifts, recently threw in speed deadlifts on Tuesday (100kg for 10 singles, 30 seconds rest) to train my explosiveness, and it has helped my speed off the floor for heavy weights.
